Ween is an American alternative rock band formed in New Hope, Pennsylvania, in 1984 by childhood friends Aaron Freeman and Mickey Melchiondo, better known by their respective stage names, Gene and Dean Ween. After meeting in high school typing classes, the two began to play music and immediately chose the name of Ween and their Ramones-inspired pseudonym. Ween appeared as a duo supported by Digital Audio Tape for the band's first ten years of existence before expanding into round four (and then five). The band's highest charting single was "Push th 'Little Daisies", which became a hit in the United States, New Zealand and Australia.
While Ween is generally categorized as an alternative rock band, they are known for their catalog of eclectic songs inspired by funk, soul, country, gospel, prog, R & amp; B, heavy metal, punk rock, and more. Although he never received much mainstream recognition, Ween developed a large and loyal cult followers. After 28 years running, Freeman left the band in 2012, arguing the need to focus on the problem of alcoholism and his drugs.
In November 2015, Ween announced a February 2016 reunion for three shows in Colorado, with a later date announced.

Histori
Awal tahun (1984-1989)
Aaron Freeman and Mickey Melchiondo met in a junior high school typing class in 1984. Freeman recalled, "We do not like each other, he's an athlete, and I'm more than a trench-coat guy, but we sit next to each other. in typing class and we both realized we liked music. "Ween's name is a word made by a duo, a combination of traitors and penises. Their earliest home recording is a fuel and free-spirited drug; Melchiondo would then say about this era, "the music was designed to be irritating".
From 1984 to 1994, Ween's direct lineup consisted of Freeman on the main vocals and occasional rhythm guitar, Melchiondo on the main guitar and backing vocals, and a Digital Audio Tape (DAT) machine that provided pre-recorded support tracks. They released six tapes in the late eighties: Madam. Slack (1985), The Crucial Squeegie Lip (1986), Axis: Bold as Boognish (1987), Death Crib Death from Erica Peterson i> (1987), The Brain Brain Wedgie/WAD (1988), and Prime 5 (1989). In 1987, Freeman also released his own recording, Synthetic Socks , featuring Melchiondo on several songs. Ween's public debut was at the High Hope-Solebury High School talent show in 1986, where they performed Jimi Hendrix's "Purple Haze" cover with Chris Williams (a.k.a. Mean Ween) on bass and Karl Weimer on drums. Although this era was mostly Freeman, Melchiondo and DAT machines, they played several shows in the 80s as "The Ween" which was supported by the rhythm section of Rollins Band, Andrew Weiss and Sim Cain.
In 1988, Ween had been a regular customer at John and Peter in New Hope and City Gardens in Trenton, New Jersey. At City Gardens, they are opened for action like They Might Giants, GWAR, Butthole Surfers, and Henry Rollins. After the City Gardens show in February 1990 where Ween's welcome was lukewarm, Rollins climbed onto the stage and warned viewers to "start liking them now", for one day, "you'll get down to dirty knees and crawl to the altar of the Ween".
Lo-fi Period (1990-1993)
Dave Ayers, working at A & amp; R for the record label Twin/Tone, based in Minneapolis, went to see live performances by Skunk alt-rock bands in the late 80s at Maplewood, New Jersey in anticipation of their signing to a record deal. Ween, Skunk's friends, was the night's opener. Ayers signed Ween to Twin/Tone that night, and will soon become the band's manager. Skunk will break up in 1991 and their drummer, Claude Coleman, Jr., will play several shows with Ween in 1992 before joining the band in full-time in 1994.
Ween's debut album for Twin/Tone, GodWeenSatan: The Oneness , was released on January 1, 1990. It consists of 26 songs written during their first six years, and can be considered the "best of" this era. Some songs, such as "You Fucked Up" and "Bumblebee", have appeared on Ween's various albums from the late 80's. "You Fucked Up", "Fat Lenny", "Nan", and "L.M.L.Y.P." will be the staples of the band's live performances for years to come. Ween played their first overseas show to support the album, with a series of dates in the Netherlands in December/January 1990-91.
The band released their second full-length album, The Pod , in 1991 on the Shimmy-Disc label. Recorded on a four-track cassette recorder from January to October 1990, the album borrowed its title from Solebury Township, a recorded Pennsylvania apartment. The use of drum machine duo, guitar and vocal haste, and the mixed-drug humor became part of the trademark of their voices. The Cover The Pod is a parody of Leonard Cohen's 1975 album cover, The Best of Leonard Cohen , but with Chris's head "Mean Ween" Williams (who plays bass on Pod track "Alone") instead of Cohen. Although the liner notes claimed this album was recorded under the influence of scotchgard, Freeman later said that this was tongue-in-cheek. After the release of The Pod , Ween embarked on their first extensive US tour, as well as a U.K. during the week which included a recording with John Peel at the BBC studio. U.K. Tours February 1992 will be Ween's first show with Claude Coleman Jr., and also featuring Shimmy-Disc Kramer founder on bass.
Ween signed a contract with Elektra Records and released their major label debut Guava Pure on November 10, 1992. Guava featured their highest single charting, "Pushing th 'Little Aisies" that received media attention and MTV, as the video was the highlighted target on MTV's Beavis and Butt-Head . The song also became a hit in Australia, reaching # 18 on the singles chart. The song "Flies on My Dick" featured lead vocals by Guy Heller, another Melchiondo bandmate, Moistboyz. Heller occasionally performed the song directly with Ween. Ween toured the US to support the album, and the December 9 show at Chapel Hill, NC will be released as a CD/DVD package At Cat's Cradle, 1992 in 2008. Also to support Guava Pure , Ween appeared on MTV Spring Break in Daytona Beach, FL and also at The Jane Pratt Show.
Chocolate and Cheese , 12 Golden Country Greats , and The Mollusk (1994-1999)
After the release of Pure Guava, Ween began expanding their live and studio ranks, providing both genius production sounds in the studio and easier live arrangements. Claude Coleman Jr. officially joined the band as a drummer in March 1994, while longtime producer Ween, Andrew Weiss took bass duties. The Weiss-produced Chocolate and Cheese was released in 1994, featuring traces influenced by 70s pop/rock and soul, such as "Freedom of '76" and "Voodoo Lady", the latter of which appeared in Road Trip and Dude, Where's My Car? soundtrack. The music video "Freedom of '76" was directed by Spike Jonze; the band also recorded a video for "I Can not Put My Finger On It" which was filmed in a Middle Eastern restaurant and featured a real restaurant employee. Both videos will be shown in season 5 of Beavis and Butt-Head in 1995. Ween did "I Can not Put My Finger On It" on Late Night with Conan O'Brien will have a book written about it by Hank Shteamer, as part of the 33/3 book series on music albums.
One month before the release of Chocolate and Cheese , Ween will appear on Saturday Night Live It's Pat, starring Julia Sweeney. The bands (in this film consisting of Freeman, Melchiondo, Weiss, and Weiss sister, John Weiss as drummer) are featured in an impressive supporting role as well as performing Pod track "Pork Roll, Egg & Cheese "as well as the Path of Guava Cave " Do not Get 2 Close (2 My Fantasy) ". The film was a critical failure and box office, and then withdrawn from theaters one week after its opening weekend.
Also in 1994, Freeman, Melchiondo and Coleman collaborated with Japanese rock Noise Bands on a project to be released two years later as Hawaiian Z-Rock . Melchiondo became a big fan of Rape after seeing them live in Philadelphia in 1993, calling them "the heaviest band [he] ever since the Butthole Surfers". Boredomes frontman Yamantaka Eye has previously released a highly-sampled album of Ween Pod . This recording session took place at the Pennington studios, New Jersey during recording of Chocolate and Cheese .
Ween turned to Nashville studio musicians for a recording of November 1995 12 Golden Country Greats (1996) which contained only ten songs. There are two theories about the album title. The first claim is that this refers to a dozen veteran musicians, known as The Shit Creek Boys, who played on the album. The second claim refers to the fact that the band did record twelve songs during a demo session for the album. When it came time to record the actual album, the band chose not to use two songs but also decided not to change the album title. Both deleted songs were titled "I Got No Darkside" and "So Long, Jerry". "So Long, Jerry", a tribute to the recently deceased Jerry Garcia, is featured as a B-Side on the single "Piss Up a Rope". Adhering to the Nashville tradition, Freeman and Melchiondo only provide vocals, allowing The Shit Creek Boys to play all instruments. Elvis Presley's vocal quartet, Jordanaires appeared on "I'm Holding You" and "Powder Blue" tracks.
After a quick glance back to Freeman's original lineup, Melchiondo and DAT engines for a series of opening dates of Foo Fighters, Ween went on tour with Shit Creek Boys in October 1996. The lineup was performed not only in the 12th Gold of Country Greats material, but also playing Ween's songs from previous eras with additional state instrumentation, including Pure Cave Cave tracks "Pumpin '4 the Man" and "Push th' Little Aisies" and Chocolate and Cheese "What Deaner Was Talkin 'About" and "Buenas Tardes Amigo". Part of the October 23 show at Toronto's Phoenix Concert Theater will be released as an album, Live in Toronto Canada (2001).
The marine-themed album The Mollusk was followed in 1997. This album is another eclectic collection that shows Ween's tendency for satire, deconstruction, and pastiche, including the 1960s Brit-pop, seashore, performance songs Broadway, and especially progressive stones. Months before its release, Freeman will describe the album as "our dark acid rock record". In 2007, Melchiondo himself named his favorite "Mollusk" among Ween oeuvre. The Mollusk is an album that eventually features studio footage "Buckingham Green" and "The Blarney Stone", both of which have been regularly performed at concerts over the years. Although they did not play on the album, bassist Dave Dreiwitz and keyboardist Glenn McClelland joined the band in April 1997; Their debut was the appearance of the Golden Mollusk song "The Golden Eel" on the episode of Comedy Central show Viva Variety . The Freeman-Melchiondo-McClelland-Dreiwitz-Coleman line will remain the same until Ween's breakup in 2012.
After the release of Mollusk, Ween will donate two songs for two different Trey Parker/Matt Stone projects. The song "Love" will appear in the film Orgazmo in September 1997. The song "The Rainbow", as well as Freeman and Melchiondo herself, appeared in episode 2 of South Park season, entitled " Chef Aid "in October 1998. It was later released on Chef Aid's compilation: The South Park Album. Parker & amp; Stone will then direct the music video for the White Pepper track "Even If You Do not".
The band's desire to pursue alternative media forms led to the release of MP3-only Craters of the Sac (1999), presented by Melchiondo for online downloads and free trade. Elektra Records released a live compilation titled Paintin 'the Town Brown: Ween Live 1990-1998 in 1999.
White Pepper , Quebec , La Cucaracha , and a live album (2000-2007)
Ween's sixth studio album, White Pepper , is the last studio release for Elektra and released May 2, 2000. The pop-themed Lennon-McCartney themed album produced two singles: "Even If You Do not" into a music video directed by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, and "Stay Forever". Shortly after the release of White Pepper , Ween started Internet radio station WeenRadio, which was awarded the third best Internet music site by Rolling Stone . In July 2000, Ween did the White Pepper "Exactly Where I'm at" on Late Show with David Letterman .
In November 2000, Ween donated the song "Loop de Loop" to SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Your Shoe's Untied". SpongeBob creator Stephen Hillenburg has contacted Ween and told them that The Mollusk is one of the biggest inspirations of the event. Many of SpongeBob's upcoming episodes will also contain subtle references to Ween. In addition, the Mollusk track "Ocean Man" was featured in the closing credits of The SpongeBob Movie in 2004.
Ween formed their own label in 2001, Chocodog Records, which oversaw the release of several self-produced live sets. Paintin 'the Town Brown , compiled and dominated by the band, is meant to be the first Chocodog release. According to Melchiondo, once the album is over, Elektra realizes the potential for CD sales and refuses Ween's right to release it via Chocodog. Later, Ween released the first official Chocodog album, Live in Toronto . CDs with limited emphasis, available exclusively through the band's website, become instant collectibles. The release of the next Chocodog is produced in a higher volume to meet demand.
To celebrate the re-release of the band's debut album GodWeenSatan: The Oneness, Ween returned to Freeman's original lineup, Melchiondo, and DAT for an overall album on September 15, 2001, at John and Peter in New Hope. Taping is not allowed in this event; in 2015 Melchiondo described him as an "unreleased pirate" but claims it will someday be released.
On August 7, 2002, Claude Coleman Jr. was seriously injured in a car accident on Route 78 near Newark, New Jersey, suffering from a vertebral and hip fracture. Ween quickly organized several benefit events at the New York City Bowery Ballroom in October to help cover his medical bills. Ween recruited Vandals drummer Josh Freese to perform at this show as well as in the band's next album, Quebec . Coleman will make a comeback in December, supporting Freeman on an acoustic show in Brooklyn. Also in December, Ween will release three Live-disk Stubb's , which contains part of two shows in Austin, Texas from July 2000 during the White Pepper tour.
Ween signed with Sanctuary Records and released Quebec, their first studio release in three years, on August 5, 2003. Quebec was darker in tone than most of Ween's works; according to Freeman, many songs were written while he was having a divorce: "I write most of these songs just before the end [relationship].Many of these songs are about that.Even if it is indirect, you can feel the beginning of the ending of the breakup in these songs. "Melchiondo will add," I like it as a recording, but it's very negative. This is one of our darker notes, I think I do not listen to any of our records but I never listen to that one. "On September 3, Ween performed the song Quebec " Happy Color Marbles "on Last Call with Carson Daly .
Later that year, the band held a poll on their official message board to select songs for the band to play on their upcoming live-in-studio album All Request Live . Released on November 22nd, the album will feature the performance of all five parts of "The Stallion" (Part 1 & 2 of The Pod , Part 3 of
In 2004, Ween released Live in Chicago , a set of DVDs and CDs composing songs from two live performances from the Quebec tour at Vic Chicago Theater in November 2003. After playing the circuit festival in the summer, Ween hit the road for a West Coast tour in October. Following the October 17 event in San Diego, Ween's manager, Greg Frey announced that the upcoming Midwest tour would be canceled so Freeman could enter alcohol rehab. In his statement, Frey wrote: "There is a problem in the band, which requires immediate intervention, for the health, well-being and safety of one of its members." For this member, many years of touring has taken their toll. Ween will take a year hiatus from the tour before hitting the road again in October 2005.
In 2005, Ween hit the studio to record better quality versions of previously unreleased songs for Shinola compilation, Vol. 1 . The twelve songs are all, according to Melchiondo, "the songs we regret do not feature any other recordings." The track spanned the band's career, from "Tastes Good on th 'Bun", a Pod overtaking, to "Someday", a Quebec overtaking. Different versions of three songs, "Big Fat Fuck", "How High Can You Fly?" and "Monique the Freak" had previously appeared on the Craters of the Sac. Melchiondo then commented, "We call it Volume 1, but I do not know if I want to do it again in the near future".
In February 2006, Ween rented an old farmhouse and turned it into a functioning studio. After writing more than 50 songs and recording a rough version until 2006, they chose it and, with Andrew Weiss as the producer, re-recorded the album version for what will be The Friends EP and full-length La Cucaracha released October 23, 2007 on Rounder Records. La Cucaracha , which will prove to be Ween's last album, will later be called "big pieces of shit" by Freeman, adding, "I think the songs in it are nice, or a bunch of songs, but overall it is Mickey's great clue and mine is finito ".
Focus on a Non-Existing project , Vancouver meltdown (2008-2011)
On September 21, 2008, Melchiondo announced on Ween's official website that they plan to release a CD-DVD combo before Christmas that year. He stated, "This time we'll go back to a time when we were still a duo with a cassette holder in the early 90's, maybe this is the most brown CD on the Chocodog label." The CD was titled On Cat Cradle and recorded live at Cat's Cradle in Carrboro, North Carolina on December 9, 1992. This package also includes a DVD featuring several video shows from the same era.
Although Freeman occasionally played solo acoustic performances before 2008, he shifted his focus to these events - billed as "Gene Ween" - following the tour of La Cucaracha . On top of that, in December 2008, he began performing with "The Gene Ween Band", featuring Dreiwitz on bass along with Joe Russo on drums and Scott Metzger on guitar. The set-list of these shows featured a more vague Ween song that was rarely played on Ween shows, some covers, as well as many Freeman songs that were composed for the first time. Freeman will perform dozens of performances both solo and with Gene Ween Band from 2008 to 2011. His first solo record, Marvelous Clouds , Rod McKuen cover album, will be released three weeks before Ween broke up.
While Freeman was working on a non-Ween music project, Melchiondo shifted his focus to fishing. Melchiondo, who spent a lot of time in his youth at his parents' beach house in Beach Haven, New Jersey, became a captain of a licensed fishing boat and hosted a web series, "Brownie Troop Fishing Show" from 2008 to 2011. By 2015, he still offers travel on his website, "Mickey's Guide Service", running it from New Hope as well as Belmar, NJ. In 2013, it was announced that Trey Parker and Matt Stone would produce a pilot for a reality television show about fishing, starring Melchiondo and Les Claypool.
On February 3, 2010, Ween released a new song, "DC Will not Do You No Good", which became available through the Target Cancer website. On July 28, 2010, the National Post featured an article, with an interview with Melchiondo, where it was stated that the band was scheduled in the studio this winter to begin working on their tenth album.
Ween started a short tour on the West Coast in early 2011. The first show of the tour, January 24th at the Queen Elizabeth Theater in Vancouver, British Columbia, was a turning point in Ween's history. It was seen from the beginning that something was off with Freeman, who played off-beat tambourine on the first song, "Fiesta". His vocals did not sound all night, and he looked very drunk. Finally, Freeman lies on stage while the other plays an instrumental version, jam from the Carpenters song "Superstar". When Freeman started tuning his guitar in preparation for "Birthday Boy", Melchiondo and Dreiwitz walked from the stage, while Coleman and McClelland exchanged instruments. After "Birthday Boy" is over, Coleman and McClelland leave Freeman to play the last four songs with himself and are very off-key. Despite this disaster, the band performed in Seattle, Washington, the following night without any problems. Freeman later wrote a song about the Vancouver incident, "Covert Discretion", which appeared as the opening theme for his self-titled debut album, by his new band, called Freeman, in 2014. That same year, he commented, "You're not ' "Destroy on stage, lie on your back, shout nonsense in front of 5,000 people and do not try to change something. Chances are when you do something like that, you have to do something different. "
Breakup (2011-2015)
On August 11, 2011, Melchiondo quietly released a collection of MP3 songs called The Caesar Demos , named after the band's original name for Quebec , to friends in Facebook it. page. In his comments, he stated that all songs were recorded between 2001 and 2003 while Claude Coleman was recovering from the wounds he suffered in a car accident, and that many of the tracks only featured him and Freeman. In addition to some songs that are finally created Quebec , Caesar Demos will also feature some previously unreleased songs. Freeman was not happy with Melchiondo's decision to release Caesar Demos without consulting him. Posting on the band's official message boards under the handle of "Taer", Freeman commented: "The Caesar demo release is a straw that breaks the camels back.No one asks Generation before releasing... Deaner broke the golden rule Boognish cried that day."
Freeman announced to Rolling Stone on May 29, 2012, that he "retired Gene Ween", and a few days later, Ween's manager, Greg Frey, told fans on Facebook that Freeman had decided to "end his musical relationship with Ween ", to" further explore and pursue his solo career ". Melchiondo does not seem to be aware of this, stating on his Facebook page "This is news for me, which I can say for now I guess". On July 20, Melchiondo discussed the proper "separation" and stated "I can only speak for myself, but as far as I know, as long as Aaron and I are both living on this planet, Ween is still together." "I never broke up. The idea to stop can only be laughed at. This is not something you can stop. It's a life sentence. "
Later, Freeman insisted his departure from Ween was fueled by his desire to stay conscious, saying "All that matters to me is that I get drunk.Being a drug addict and alcoholic is my own fault and I'm responsible for I have to leave the Ween organization to stay conscious. "
Though no one knew at the time, Ween's last appearance for more than four years was a three-night run at the Denver Fillmore Auditorium on 29-31 December 2011, with "The Blarney Stone" being the last song performed by the band until their 2016 Reunion. Melchiondo quickly reshaped Moistboyz, who has served six years of absences, and also started a new band, The Dean Ween Group. Freeman played a solo show until 2014, when he began touring and recording with his new band, "Freeman". In 2015, Freeman began using Gene Ween's moniker again for live performances.
Reunion (2015-present)
On November 16, 2015, Ween announced that they would reunite for two concerts at 1stBank Center in Broomfield, CO on 12 and 13 February 2016. During the ticket presale, the third show was added on 14 February 2016 on request. Throughout 2016, Ween played sporadic reunion shows in Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. The band also made festival appearances in Toronto, Chicago, Portland, Arrington, Virginia, Okeechobee, Florida, and Manchester, Tennessee, for Bonnaroo, which was streamed online via Red Bull TV. The band will also appear in April at the Levitation Festival in Austin, which was canceled a day before the weekend begins.
The sequel to the first outtakes collection, Shinola vol. 1 , was confirmed to be done by Dean Ween on Facebook in January 2016. On October 19, 2016 the band announced the release of a live album GodWeenSatan Live , recorded on September 14, 2001, and featured the band who debuted the album as a whole. It was released on November 16, 2016.
Maps Ween
Style and effect
Ween is known for his far-reaching music approach that takes influence from various musical genres. This style has been called alternative rock and experimental rock by critics and journalists. Melchiondo once said, "Each of us has different things in our other recordings collection does not have.Aaron's father has a lot of psychedelic notes, I really became punk rock, and we'll just turn to music." Freeman commented in 2011, "I think when Ween formed I really became a New Wave synthesizer in the mid-80s and Mickey was more into punk rock stuff".
Both Freeman and Melchiondo have stated several times that one of the band's biggest influences is Prince. The GodWeenSatan tracks "L.M.L.Y.P." borrowing the lyrics from two Prince songs, "Alphabet St." and "Shockadelica". In addition, Ween has stalled in the Prince's "Kiss", often placing it in the middle of "Voodoo Lady" during live performances. Other Prince songs performed by Ween include "1999", "Housequake", and "Purple Rain". In 2012, Melchiondo commented on his website that "so far, the biggest guitarist in any genre is Prince Rogers Nelson, the Prince has done a lot of things well so it's easy to forget that he's also a world-class shredder."
Other influences mentioned are The Beatles, Parliament-Funkadelic, Butthole Surfers, Pink Floyd, Dead Kennedys, Laurie Anderson, The Allman Brothers Band, James Brown, Devo, and Earth, Wind and Fire. In the concert, Ween has often covered songs by David Bowie, Led Zeppelin, Grateful Dead, Neil Young, Motörhead, Van Halen, The Doors, Frank Sinatra, and Billy Joel.
Due to the diverse styles of Ween and humor lyrics, they are often compared to Frank Zappa. The two members rejected Zappa's influence, and in an interview in 2011, Freeman stated that although he was influenced by The Mother of Invention, he never became a fan of post-Mother Zappa's work. Freeman performs the Mothers-era Zappa song "What's the Worst Part of Your Body?" at the Frank Zappa Day Festival in Baltimore in September 2011.
Themes and mythology
From the early days of Ween, they claimed to be "growing up from the demon-god Boognish". Citra Boognish is the band's logo. Boognish is also featured in the lyrics of several Ween songs, including "Up on th 'Hill", "Pass the Bong", and "The Stallion, pt.4". The band created their own "brown" term, used to describe performances, songs, etc. The "chaotic, in a good way". The word "chocolate" is also featured in the lyrics of the song "Can not Put My Finger on It", "Mutilated Lips", "If You Can Save Yourself", and "Chocolate City," as well as album titles live band Paintin 'the Town Brown . Other commonly used words are "waste" ("Can U Taste the Waste?", "Tender Situation", and "Back to Basom").
The band's lyrics also usually contain references to band members, frequent collaborators and friends, including Freeman ("I See Generation Cryin 'In His Sleep", "Up in the Hill", and "Puffy Cloud"), Melchiondo ( "What's Deaner Was Talkin 'About", "Puffy Cloud", "The Stallion, pt. 2", and "Leave Deaner Alone"), Williams ("Booze Me Up and Get Me High" and "Sketch of Winkle"), Weiss ("Pass the Bong" and "Booze Me Up and Get Me High"), and Larry "Eddie Dingle" Curtin ("Nan", "Laura", "Pork Roll, Egg & Cheese", and "Molly" ). In a 2015 interview with Songfacts, Claude Coleman, Jr. denying that "Waving My Dick In the Wind" is about him, calling the idea "wholly absurd." However, he noted that the song "I Do not Want to Leave You on the Farm" was written about him not wanting to leave his girlfriend then to go on tour.
Ween is also known for his countless food references, especially New Jersey's favorite regional rolls weeds, found in the lyrics for four songs: "Pork Roll, Egg & Cheese", "Frank", " Awesome Sound ", and" She Fucks Me ". The Pod track "Pollo Asado" featuring Freeman provides a rendition of her conversations with customers while she works at New Hope's El Taco Loco. The liner notes from GodWeenSatan: The Oneness instructed Ween fans to bring food for the band to their concert.
