Plot

Jerry, George and Kramer finished playing a basketball game with Jimmy (Anthony Starke), a man who always calls himself a third person. This character was inspired by a college friend of Seinfeld's wife whom he met at the University of Vermont. Jimmy wore a special training shoe that should have increased the vertical jump, and George wanted a pair of shoes so they could be suitable twins. George said he should not exercise because, although he bathed, "will not take" - he is a "human heat pump" and will sweat later at an important meeting that ruined his career. Jerry and Kramer are scheduled to see Dr. Tim Whatley, dentist ("The Mom & Pop Store").

At the New York Yankees meeting, Mr. Wilhelm told George that there was a series of increasing shoe theft and hit "donuts" and he thought it was "an inside job." Meanwhile, George sweats heavily from exercising, causing him to look suspicious. While Jerry waited to see Tim Whatley, he noticed there was a Penthouse magazine in the waiting room.

Back at the apartment, Elaine has a ticket for the benefit of Mature Challenged Adult (AMCA) featuring famous crooner Mel TormÃÆ'Â © (The Velvet Fog). Elaine also said she wanted to meet a handsome blond man from the health club, but Jerry and George claimed not to know who she was talking about because they "can not find the beauty in a man". Jerry was sick of the magazine he'd found at Whatley's office, though he was peeking. Kramer on the other hand can not wait for his appointment. George says he and Jimmy will make money selling special shoes. Kramer tasted Kung Pao chicken and considered it too spicy.

At the health club, Elaine tries to grab the blond man's attention but eventually talks to Jimmy, mistaking his declaration of interest in her for the blond man because of Jimmy's strange way of talking about himself to a third person. Elaine agrees to date Jimmy.

Kramer visited Tim Whatley's office. Then at the health club, because Novocaine, Kramer takes water to the floor and speaks awkwardly. Kramer told Jerry that Whatley had a new "adult policy" for his office. Then, due to a puddle, Jimmy slips as he demonstrates some "rustling positions" and deeply injures his legs - the paramedic explains that he's in traction - "Jimmy might have a fracture of compound! Jimmy will be in shock!" - and promised revenge - "Jimmy will catch you, Kramer! Jimmy hold a grudge! LET JIMMY GO!"

On the road, Kramer still wore silly-looking training shoes and, still suffering from the effects of Novocaine, was misinterpreted as "Adults with Mentally Challenged". Kramer shared a taxi with an executive at AMCA, whose fault was triggered by Novocaine, paired with his problems entering a taxi for shoes, for that from AMCA and invited him to the event.

Without Jimmy, George failed to show the value of shoe training to employees at the shoe store, because his vertical leap was embarrassing. In the apartment, Kramer said he was invited for the benefit of being a guest of honor; Jerry and Elaine realize the confusion due to the Novocaine and the shoes, although they recognize that it's debatable whether or not Kramer is actually a "mental challenge."

In the second meeting with Dr. Whatley, Jerry was put to sleep with nitrous oxide. Jerry notices that his regular assistant Jennifer has been replaced by Cheryl (Alison Armitage); Whatley, with a knowing smile, told Jerry that he was in his office. Sussman because "we are happy to exchange now and then." George ate Kung Pao's chicken for lunch and once again sweats when asked individually by Mr. Wilhelm about stolen goods - which had been running when George was on the phone with the Sports Trader talking about lots of shoes... "beautiful athletic equipment." Wilhelm accused George of being a bad liar, thinking that sweat is an indication of a clear error. George, in response, replied to the third man: "George likes to spicy his chicken."

When Jerry wakes up, he obscures the sight but sees Whatley and his nurse put their clothes back on. At Monk, Jerry discusses with Elaine that she's afraid she may have been violated while sleeping. Elaine says she's dating Jimmy; After Jerry's description of the way he talks, he realizes that he's going to go with the wrong guy. George enters, talking again to a third person who says he should answer to team owner, George Steinbrenner for stolen equipment.

Elaine meets Jimmy again at the health club to let him know that there is a "small misunderstanding", which Jimmy replied "Jimmy and a somewhat contradictory misunderstanding". He learns that Hank, the man he likes, is gay, starts finding Jimmy's exciting way of speaking, and decides to keep the date, stating that he's ever tried to "transform" a gay man ("The Beard") but will not try again. In its usefulness, Kramer is no longer under the influence of drugs. However, Jimmy arrives and starts to fight with him, smacking his face before being dragged out by the security, shouting "Jimmy will catch you, Kramer! Let Jimmy out! DO NOT TOUCH JIMMY!"; Kramer's lips became swollen and he once again looked and talked as if he had mental trouble. In the face of Steinbrenner, George starts talking to a third person; This confuses Steinbrenner who finally talks about his lunch and completely forgets the stolen equipment. On the merits, Mel TormÃÆ'Â| dedicates her distinctive song, "When You're Smiling", becomes a beaming Kramer.

In the credit scene, Kramer picked up a copy of Penthouse Magazine and read a letter from an anonymous dentist, who seemed to have recently had a bit of fun with his dental hygiene and one of his patients. Jerry looks horrified and is considered a victim of sexual violence.
