The Hope Convoy is a faith-based non-profit organization founded in 1994 and is known for its international feeding program and vice versa helping the poor. Based in Springfield, Missouri, it also aids in disaster relief work and has recently embarked on a science education program in the United States and elsewhere. The CEO is Hal Donaldson.

Establishment
The organization was founded in California in 1994 to assist in humanitarian aid. It started by serving Mid-America but has now expanded to other areas. It moved to Missouri about two years later because of the importance of truck transportation. Donaldson chose Springfield because he and his wife had attended Evangel College there. The organization is part of the mission arm of Assemblies of God USA.
The convoy began with a Christian tradition. Hal Donaldson, who later became a journalist and writer, said he and his two brothers, Steve and Dave, and a sister founded the organization a quarter century after their father was killed by a drunk driver and their mother was hospitalized. Fourth, the 12-year-old thing at the time, was picked up by the neighbors and the response, he said, encouraged him to take steps as he grew to alleviate the needs of others.

The Hope convoy was recorded for his disaster-aid work. In the United States, thousands of volunteers are organized into programs that provide, among other things, groceries, advice rÃÆ'à © rÃÆ'à ©, and dental checkups.
Ratings
For eleven years in a row, the Hope Convoy has achieved a four-star rating, the highest, from Charity Navigator, an organization that evaluates charities in the United States.
Famous suporter
- Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas from boy band Jonas Brothers have been affiliated with the Convoy of Hope since 2009. The Foundation for Change for Children has provided grants to organizations.
